This project required exactly seven months of active work due to its complexity and the specialized components sourced from Kohler. Some of the essential controllers required for the bathroom took nearly eight and a half months to arrive. Additionally, we encountered challenges with incorrect parts being shipped, which required careful coordination to resolve.
To ensure the structural integrity of the space, we collaborated with an engineer. Since the bathroom was located on the second floor and the fully filled tub would weigh approximately 800 pounds, we reinforced the flooring to support the excess weight.
